About F-Technologies

F-Technologies (Elmadarsah.com FZE) is a Dubai-based technology company building digital platforms and products across the UAE and the Gulf. Our Creative & New Media team produces official and social video content for a prominent public figure and designs our apps, websites and dashboards. We are AI-native and Arabic-first.

About the role

We want a creative director who comes from video: someone who grew up in an edit suite, production studio or social video house, and still thinks in shots, pace and story. You will lead a small studio that turns a public figure's archive footage and photos into official films and, more importantly, 3–4 breakthrough concepts every month that stand out in a crowded social media feed. You will also direct the design of our apps, websites and dashboards, so you need product and UX literacy, not just campaign taste.

What you'll do:

Breakthrough concepts (your top priority):

Deliver 3–4 original, pitch-ready concepts every month and see each one through to publish.
Invent new formats and recurring series that can only be made from our archive.
Write in Arabic first: hooks, scripts, captions and on-screen text in the public figure's voice.
Pitch to the public figure's office and manage approvals, protocol and confidentiality.

Studio leadership:

Run two tracks: the official calendar delivered on time, and breakthrough work on protected days.
Review every cut for story, pace, hook, music and Arabic typography.
Own the team's AI workflow: tools, prompt library, style models and rules on likeness and voice.
Set standards for the asset library, sources and usage rights.

Digital product:

Direct the Product Designer on apps, web and admin dashboards; approve the bilingual (Arabic/English) design system.
Review UX with the same eye for clarity and emotion you bring to video.

Team:

Lead 3 team members and a freelance roster; report monthly to the CMO on output and performance.

You come from this culture:

8+ years in video-first creative work: production studio, post house, broadcaster, social video agency or creator-led studio.
You started as an editor, director, motion designer or video producer, and can still open Premiere Pro or After Effects and fix a cut yourself.
A reel of formats you originated that travelled on social media, with results.
You have directed or closely worked on digital products (apps, websites, dashboards) and are comfortable in Figma.

Arabic requirements (non-negotiable):

Native Arabic speaker with excellent written Modern Standard Arabic and a natural Emirati/Gulf tone.
Strong Arabic typography judgment for video and UI: script styles, font choice, Arabic–Latin pairing, RTL layout.
Able to spot and fix grammar, spelling and hamza errors at a glance.

Must have:

3+ years leading creative teams.
Experience with official, VIP or national content and approval processes.
Hands-on use of AI video, image and writing tools, with clear judgment on their limits.
Strong English.

Nice to have:

Emirati national.
Documentary or archive-based storytelling experience.
Experience with GCC government or media entities.
