F-Technologies (Elmadarsah.com FZE) is a Dubai-based technology company building digital platforms and products across the UAE and the Gulf. Our Creative & New Media team produces official and social video content for a prominent public figure and designs our apps, websites and dashboards. We are AI-native and Arabic-first.

About the role

You run the official track: every occasion, event, speech and national day on the calendar, delivered on time and approved first time. We don't film. We build from archive footage and photos, so you also own the studio's asset library: finding, logging, clearing and organising every clip and image so the whole team can find the right moment in seconds.

What you'll do:

Official track:

Edit official videos from archive footage and photos: occasions, events, speeches, visits and national days.
Deliver same-day or 48-hour edits on the calendar, plus 10+ platform versions from each master.
Plan each official piece 2–4 weeks ahead with templates ready.
Set Arabic titles, lower thirds and subtitles to the team's Arabic typography standard.

Asset library:

Gather footage and photos from approved sources: the public figure's office, official news and government channels, official accounts and our own productions.
Log every asset with source, date, event, people, location and usage rights.
Use AI to transcribe Arabic speech and tag faces, events and places so any clip can be found in seconds.
Never use an online photo or clip until its source and permission are confirmed.
Build a monthly "best moments" selects reel to feed breakthrough ideas.

Workflow:

Own project templates, file naming, the approved-finals archive and the music and licence register.
Coordinate freelance editors on peak days.

Arabic requirements (non-negotiable):

Reads and writes Arabic fluently; checks subtitles word by word against the audio.
Sets Arabic correctly in Premiere Pro and After Effects (Middle Eastern text engine, RTL, no broken letters, no letter-spacing).
Syncs Arabic subtitles to natural phrase breaks, not machine word timing.

Must have:

5+ years of professional video editing, ideally with archive, documentary, news or official content.
Expert in Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve for colour; clean audio mixing.
Strong photo skills: restoration, upscaling and cleanup (Photoshop and AI upscalers).
Experience organising large media libraries (a DAM, Frame.io, Adobe Bridge or similar).
Understanding of copyright and usage rights for footage, photos and music.
Hands-on use of AI tools for transcription, captions, rough cuts and upscaling.
Proven same-day delivery under pressure; discretion and comfort with NDAs and approval steps.

Nice to have:

Archive producer or media asset management background.
UAE newsroom, broadcaster or government media experience.
