F-Technologies (Elmadarsah.com FZE) is a Dubai-based technology company building digital platforms and products across the UAE and the Gulf. Our Creative & New Media team produces official and social video content for a prominent public figure and designs our apps, websites and dashboards. We are AI-native and Arabic-first.
About the role
You make the videos people stop scrolling for. With the Creative Director, you turn 3–4 concepts a month into standout videos built from archive footage and photos, motion design, animated Arabic typography and AI. This is the work that makes our account different from every other official account. Your time is protected from the official calendar, except when you cover peak days.
What you'll do:
- Produce 3–4 breakthrough videos a month, from storyboard to final export.
- Turn archive photos and footage into new forms: parallax and 2.5D photo animation, then-and-now, restored moments and kinetic Arabic typography.
- Storyboard and build rough animatics for every concept pitch.
- Use AI for backgrounds, b-roll, upscaling, restoration, style exploration and versions, and never for the public figure's face, voice or words.
- Build templates and visual systems so strong formats become repeatable series.
- Study what is breaking through on Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts each week and bring 3 ideas to the concept session.
- Cover as second editor on the official track on peak days.
- Create app illustrations and motion for our Product Designer (about 20% of your time).
Arabic requirements (non-negotiable):
- Reads and writes Arabic fluently.
- Animates Arabic text without breaking letter joins; respects baseline, dots and diacritics.
- Knows the Arabic script styles (Naskh, Kufi, Thuluth, Diwani, Ruq'ah) and fonts, and knows when a calligrapher is needed.
- Never lets AI render Arabic text; adds it in After Effects, Illustrator or Photoshop.
Must have:
- 4+ years in motion design or social video, with a reel of short-form work that performed.
- Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro; strong Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Photo animation and compositing skills (parallax, masking, camera moves).
- Hands-on use of AI video and image tools (for example Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, Firefly, Topaz).
- A strong sense of hooks, pacing and platform formats.
Nice to have:
- 3D (Blender or Cinema 4D) or Lottie/Rive animation.
- Illustration or storyboard drawing skills.
- Emirati or Gulf background.
